SCCC Dispatchers Chantell and Cassie recently completed certification courses through the International Academy of Emergency Dispatch (IAED) to recognize them as Quality Assurance Evaluators in the disciplines of Emergency Police Dispatch (EPD), Emergency Fire Dispatch (EFD), and Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD). With these certifications, Dispatcher Chantell and Dispatcher Cassie have been able to join the SCC Quality Assurance Team and begin evaluating calls, helping to ensure that the level of service we provide to our wonderful community is consistent, protocol compliant, and top-notch every single time we answer a call.
