Dispatcher Kaitlyn Girgen recently attained a milestone in her SCC career as she celebrated her one-year anniversary on October 17, 2025!
Dispatcher Girgen worked extremely hard over the past year as she navigated the training program, completing 29 weeks of training totaling 1160 hours before being released to work independently on July 03, 2025. She has since fit in with her new crew well and has become an integral member of the agency.
