On September 02, 2025, Dispatcher Chantell received a call from a family lost in the Red Desert. Thanks to her incredible knowledge of the area, she was able to guide them out safely and without incident. As a thank you for her assistance, yesterday Chantell received a basket of goodies from the family. Helping people is what we do, and we never expect anything in return, but it feels really great when we see the impact we have on people's lives sometimes! WE LOVE OUR COMMUNITY!!!
